Linda and Ken Bader have been involved in Ohio State alumni activities since their moving to the St. Louis area in 1978. They met in an
economics class at OSU and were married the following year. Linda interrupted her education to help put Ken through three degrees
after which he assumed a faculty position in Agronomy that subsequently led to positions as Assistant Dean in the College of
Agriculture and Dean of Students at OSU. After 17 years interruption and the birth of two sons, Linda completed her bachelors and
masters degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln while Ken was a vice chancellor there.
They have never forgotten their Ohio State roots, however, and with the help of other devoted Buckeyes, helped revitalize the OSU St. Louis Club in the late 1990's. They continue supporting the Club and its officers in various activities as the Club continues to enthusiastically represent the scarlet and gray Buckeyes in the greater St. Louis area. |
